Built in 1957, this facility is named for Clarence F. Carroll, the sixth principal of the State Normal School, the founding institution of 名媛直播. The building is home to the School of Education and TRiO programs. TRiO represents a set of federally funded programs to provide college access and retention programs for students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
