The paper, titled "Success ÃûæÂÖ±²¥: Examining the Relationship Between Peer Coaching and Success of Residential vs. Commuter College Students," explored the issues related to persistence of residential versus commuter students and the differential impact that Success ÃûæÂÖ±²¥ has on residential versus commuter student success, as well as a discussion of the results and case examples illustrating the model.

Success ÃûæÂÖ±²¥ is a peer mentoring program developed to support the persistence of college students. Success ÃûæÂÖ±²¥'s peer mentors use college life coaching techniques to help mentees build the skills necessary for college success.
