Students Uploading Medical Forms
The Medicat Student Portal is where ÃûæÂÖ±²¥ students upload required university health forms. The site also informs students if their form uploads are incomplete or more information is needed.
Students Accessing Medical Appointment Information
The Medicat Student Portal provides students information about upcoming appointments they previously scheduled with Student Wellness Services. Students are asked to use the portal to check in to any appointments 30 minutes prior to its scheduled time. Students may need to complete forms prior to their appointment. This can be done through Medicat.
